Morning Meditation on the Beach

Hosted By: Miami Dade and the Keys Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous
Date: Saturday, June 24, 2017
Time: 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. (stay for fellowship afterward)

Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park
1200 S Crandon Blvd
Key Biscayne, FL 33149
Park in the first parking lot and head out to beach from the first beach access.

Cost: Park entrance is $8 per vehicle of 2-8 people, $4 single occupant vehicle

Description: Light stretching and guided meditation on the beach followed by group discussion of how letting go has and has helped recovery. Stay for fellowship and a day on the beach.

Suggested Supplies: beach towel, sunscreen, water, and any additional items such as a beach chair, umbrella, and lunch if you intend to stay longer.
